Super Junior’s Leeteuk wants to get his toned body back | From 120327

Super Junior‘s leader Leeteuk shared a new photo that showcased a more edgy side of him that’s different from his usual bubbly self.
On March 27th, Leeteuk posted the photo above via his official Twitter account and wrote, “I was pretty toned back then. I will start working out again after coming back from France.”
The cut in Lee Teuk’s abs as well as his pectoral muscles that peeked through his jacket in the photo reminded fans of the ‘beasty idols’ 2PM, and netizens were mesmerized by his chic expression which brought out his masculine charm.
“So different from now,” netizens wrote, in addition to “So attractive,” and “A little different from the way he looks now.”
In related news, Leeteuk has surpassed 1 million followers on Twitter, Congratulations! Additionally, Super Junior is set to hold their ‘Super Junior World Tour Super Show 4 in Paris‘ concert at Le Zenith de Paris on April 6th.

Following the format changes and MC changes on SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart‘, it seems as though there will also be a slight change to the fixed cast members. Unfortunately, Super Junior‘s Shindong will be stepping down from his permanent guest position on the show.
On March 28th, SM Entertainment revealed to TV Report through a phone call, ”In order to showcase a different images, Shindong will no longer be participating on ‘Strong Heart’. However, Leeteuk and Eunhyuk will continue alongside Boom to show viewers a new image through the newly formatted ‘Strong Heart.’”
Shindong has actively participated in “Boom Academy” on the show with fellow member Leeteuk and Eunhyuk. Through his fixed role on ‘Strong Heart’, he has brought much laughter from viewers and has shown fans a fresh image. The singer is currently taking the role of MC on MBC‘s ‘Show Champion‘ and Mnet‘s ‘Beatles Code 2‘.
Meanwhile, viewers will be able to see the new MC’s of ‘Strong Heart’, Shin Dong Yup and Lee Dong Wook, on April 10th.

@henrylaufp (RESPONSE TO ARTICLE) Thanks for all ur concern everyone. Jus like to say…no one knew that the incident a few years ago would happen…not even my label… It is nobody’s fault. I totally understand the hearts of ALL the fans and what you thought then..or now. However, I’m very thankful for everything that has happened till now. It has taught me not to simply take everything I have right now for granted. There are those who rise up so quickly they forget and simply take in all this love/support/fame they’re getting for granted. I’ve learned to appreciate each and everyone out there who supports me in any way…every applause/every scream. I’ve learned to ‘earn’ it instead of having it handed to me. That’s why I can’t jus walk passed a fan like its nuthin…nuh uh
During these years after my debut, it is true I haven’t been promoting much. Many might think its a bad thing but to me…it is actually the best thing for me. I have used this time to learn new instruments, languages, music production, vid editing, etc, and even had the time to attend the school of my dreams. A lot of artists out there especially in the kpop scene are so busy promoting that they cannot have time to do anything. I’m so thankful that I have this ‘extra’ time because I honestly don’t consider myself good at anything yet. This time has given me a chance to improve and prepare myself for the day when I will need it all. My dream is not to simply appear on tv and promote and be ‘famous’ but I want to become somebody who all of you can truly look up to and respect as an artist in all areas. SM has given me the opportunity to do all this, and for that I am forever thankful. I’d like to thank you all for your concern and I promise I will continue to work harder and harder. You Strings are awesome. Just stay with me a little longer.

Recent Photo of Super Junior Kangin

Fans of Hallyu super group Super Junior are in for a treat, as photos of member Kangin have recently surfaced online.
Recently, an online community post titled “Soon-to-be discharged Kangin” has surfaced with the above pictures. Kangin, who is currently on compulsory military duty in the Korean army, has been off the radar since he began his service nearly two years ago.
The photos show Kangin in normal everyday wear, and they are assumed to have been taken sometime during his vacation days. Fans and viewers alike have noticed a significant weight drop compared to the days when he had just entered the military. Although his current look and weight are a far cry from his flower boy days in Super Junior, he seems to have developed a more masculine look.
Netizens left various comments such as, “He used to look fantastic during Super Junior’s debut days” , “He kind of looks like an ajusshi” , “As expected, Kangin is handsome” and, “Already nearing discharge? Time flies fast!”
Kangin, who halted his activities due to a drunk driving scandal in 2009, as well as a bar fight, began his military duties in July of 2010. He is officially set to be discharged from duty on April 16.
